Forms are also available at our office and Ken-Tenn Sports. Please Note: Completed forms and payment should be turned in at Ken-Tenn Sports. Board Members will also be available to accept registration at the Martin Elementary and Middle Schools during school registration on Thursday, August 5th from 8 am to 11:30 am.
